Adams Hendry worked with Berkeley Homes to secure planning permission from Winchester City Council for the redevelopment of the Hampshire Police Headquarters site on Romsey Road, Winchester. The scheme for 208 dwellings was granted planning permission in May 2016.
Adams Hendry managed the submission of the planning application, including preparing the application itself and coordinating the input of a team of specialist consultants, including architects, landscape architects, and experts in sustainability, biodiversity, air quality, noise, lighting, contaminated land and flood risk, to produce supporting material. We also organised and prepared the consultation material for two exhibitions with the local community.
