We provide expert planning advice to both acquiring authorities and claimants in respect of the compulsory acquisition of land and rights. Advice can be provided as part of a Certificate of Appropriate Alternative Development application or subsequent appeal (under sections 17 and 18 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 (as amended)) or in respect of claims for compensation made to the Lands Chamber of the Upper Tribunal. We are also experienced in providing the planning input into alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
