Adams Hendry is advising the English Province of Our Lady of Charity regarding the redevelopment of St Michael's Convent and Church of the Sacred Heart, Waterlooville. The conversion of these buildings, both grade II listed, will form the centre of a major housing development for the town on this important brownfield site.

Adams Hendry successfully achieved a Local Plan allocation for the site and has recently negotiated a series of Development Guidelines with the local planning authority, including the demolition of unsympathetic additions to the listed buildings, to increase the potential area for redevelopment.

The site was marketed for sale during summer 2011.
