Adams Hendry has undertaken a number of commissions on minerals and waste planning matters for Milton Keynes Council. Adams Hendry provided advice and input to the Milton Keynes Waste Development Plan Document and presented Expert Evidence at the Hearing. The Waste Development Plan Document comprised a Core Strategy, Site Allocations and Development Management Policies. It was the first waste document to be found “sound” under the new planning system.

Our role has extended to provide development control advice on minerals and waste planning matters and to provide policy and expert witness services where required.
