Adams Hendry has a long standing working relationship with the Council on development control and policy projects. Most recently we have been commissioned to act as project manager and author for the preparation of a development brief SPD for the former Coldeast Hospital Site, a complex strategic site within the Borough. Working closely with the landowners/developers and with Council officers and stakeholders, Adams Hendry undertook an Issues and Options stage of consultation with the local community and is currently drafting a development brief for consultation.

Our role has extended to include advising on related Core Strategy policies and policy aspects of development control applications for the site.
