Winchester College

Adams Hendry has prepared an “Issues and Options” document for a Campus Conservation and Development Framework for Winchester College using a team of specialists to prepare a forward looking plan for the College’s historic Campus. The Framework is intended to provide flexible but comprehensive guidance to meet the College’s needs over the next 10 to 15 years extending over the 60ha Campus. It will enable the College to plan ahead with confidence, allowing it to meet the educational challenges of the future alongside the stewardship of a fine and valued historic and natural environment.

The Framework summarises issues and identifies opportunities for development, suggests areas to enhance the environment of the Campus including areas which are publicly accessible, and highlights potential development sites. We have organised and are currently undertaking extensive public consultation on the Framework and the document will be reviewed in the light of comments.
