| Wiltshire
and Swindon Minerals Development Framework Forum Wiltshire County Council
and Swindon Borough Council have embarked upon the review of their adopted
joint Minerals Local Plan. As part of this process the Councils are seeking
views from stakeholders and the wider community on a range of issues and
concerns related to the potential impacts of meeting the Government’s
revised forecast requirements for aggregate minerals over the next plan
period (2001 – 2016).
The Wiltshire and Swindon Minerals Development Framework Forum will be
the vehicle for sharing information and guiding how the Councils can jointly
meet the future need for minerals in their areas. The Forum is your opportunity
to participate and influence future minerals policy decisions.
Adams Hendry has been appointed to assist the Councils with this process. Our role over the last 12 months has been to manage the Forum and the dialogue process in an objective and unbiased manner.
The Report of the Forum Process and Outcomes is now available to download using the link below. For those who have difficulty in downloading the report has also been split into three smaller parts to make it easier.
